Bridgecrest illegally repossessed my car in XX/XX/2023. They sold the car for XXXX and I I owed XXXX. They sent I paperwork first that I owed XXXX and then XXXX. Complaint to XXXX received an rejection or accepted to XXXX for which they owed me. Never received any corrected paperwork. Ive tried to communicate cant get a manger its been 4 months and still no understanding why I havent received anything.
