I reached out to the Bureaus on : XX/XX/XXXX because I saw an error on my credit report regarding account XXXX. This is an account that belongs to XXXX XXXX XXXX the problem with this account is a representative and I had a phone call on XX/XX/XXXX to settle this account where I agreed to pay the complete balance in exchange that they would delete all negative information regarding this account. The agent agreed to it so I made a complete full payment. I didn't follow up with them believing that the matter was resolved. However, I saw my credit report XX/XX/XXXX where the Bureaus is still allowing this account to remain on my credit profile. I also followed up with XXXX XXXX XXXX about this account to see what was going on. They sent me a letter explaining that the account was placed with " XXXX XXXX XXXX '' XX/XX/XXXX because the account was past due and I spoke with them, XXXX XXXX XXXX about this account. One of the problems with this is my credit report Reflects XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX having this account from the time the account was opened XX/XX/XXXX until present time. According to the letter that XXXX Bank sent me. This is untrue. I have the right to a credit report this is 100 % accurate. If this account was indeed placed with XXXX XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX then this account should reflect that on my credit report. It doesn't. According to my Credit Report XXXX had this account from the time it was opened to present time. This is inaccurate account according to XXXX they didn't have this account beginning XX/XX/XXXX. However, the Bureaus continue to allow this account to be on my Credit Profile as " accurate '' and " verified ''. The second problem with this account is the FDCPA has a guideline for companies to follow when attempt to collect debts that are owed. This company not only violated my right by sending this account to a third party company that I wasn't informed of but violated sections 805, 807, 808, and 809. A company can not use deceptive means to get collect a debt which is what XXXX and XXXX XXXX was using. In the letter XXXX sent me I was talking with XXXX XXXX about this account where the agreement was made that they would remove all negative information regarding this account instead of XXXX this is why XXXX can't find the call. However I knew nothing about speaking with a third party. In addition This account isn't verified, it isn't accurate, and needs to be removed Immediately. I will be including the letter I received from XXXX which shows this account is embezzled. This needs to be removed IMMEDAITELY.
