My mortgage amount for XXXX XXXX XXXX place is {$2700.00} with THE MONEY SOURCE. In the month of XX/XX/XXXX however, XXXX charged me {$3100.00}. I have no lapse in insurance coverages or anything so I contacted them requesting an explanation and a refund. I got neither. I did realize sometimes in XXXX of XXXX, XXXX conieved with my XXXX agent to put XXXX Insurance on my property. I immediately opted for a more reputable insurance company- XXXX XXXX XXXX. The XXXX XXXX agent and myself emailed and called in my new policy several times but XXXX pretended not to receive our barage of calls and emails. Then in XXXX, instead of acknowledging my new insurance information they decided to overcharge me without explanation. I contacted XXXX requesting explanation for the overcharge and refund. Uptill today, I neither received an explanation nor a refund from XXXX.
