From 2018 through the end of the loan they started reporting me late when I was paying on the payment date. Also I called them about that several times and they didnt fix the issue, the company is horrible right now they have lawsuits against them. Due to the fact of fraudulent information on the customers who is currently with them, and as myself for people who have paid out their accounts. Almost every month they were reporting my account delinquent and messing up my scores with the credit bureaus. The more I reached out to this company it seemed the worst it gotten. I had no clue what I was dealing with until I got involved with the company. Now Im trying to move forward with my credit and cant because if this fraudulent reporting. Can you please help me with this situation, the name of the company is Credit Acceptance. My car note was XXXX a month, they added so much late fees during the coarse of the loan until I almost paying another car payment just dealing with late fees. They truly got over on me.
