Please see previous complaint # XXXX. Capital One has either stolen or is fraudulent in a sum of {$1.00} for a transfer that was taken out of my account but never received on the opposite side of the transaction. They have only reached out once for my XXXX account numbers, that is it. XXXX from capital one called. I returned his call on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX at XXXX. They have not contacted me any other time or in any other way. I gave XXXX this information and he said he would be in touch. Im exhausted from capital ones excuses. Why would I not want my money of {$1000.00} back. This issue is not resolved and will not be, until I get my money plus the interest that they would have charged me for this very lengthy time. XX/XX/XXXX!!!! please let me know how I can take further action on this matter and get my money without getting an attorney.
