Please see the XXXX prior complaints. They simply copied and pasted the reports and did not do any research. I asked for a thorough investigation and proof and they didnt provide that. This has caused me sleepless nights and stress and I feel like Im not being listened to i have XXXX negative accounts on my report that have not been validated. You need information and need to know who the credit bureaus spoke to i ask for this and they did not provide me anything
