In XXXX, someone stole my identity and opened an account with XXXX XXXX. The balance was sent to a collection agency RECEIVABLES PERFORMANCE XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, WA XXXX. We filed a police report in XXXX of XXXX and did the required paperwork from XXXX XXXX. At that time, the other credit bureaus had it removed, but XXXX did not. We recently found out that the fraud is still on our credit report with XXXX, and filed a dispute, but they refused to remove it. Today we called XXXX XXXX who told us they had it removed from the XXXX XXXX XXXX, but they refused to do anything else about it. We called the credit collection agency, who said the debt is still valid and was not removed by XXXX XXXX. They hung up on us and wouldn't tell us anything else. XXXX, XXXX XXXX, and the collection agency will not help us have this removed and we are trying to buy a house.
