Due to noncompliance with 15 U.S. Code 1681 ( e ) ( B ) and XXXX XXXX Compliance Standards, I would like to request that this account be removed from my credit report as soon as possible. It has been more than 5 months and I have never been given any information of the results of my request. I don't recall informations and I have never given permission to furnish any of the details on this account information. Account information disputed by consumer, meets FCRA requirements. I am requesting that this accounts referenced to the attached letters be removed from my credit report as soon as possible.
