A new credit inquiry was pulled from Comenity Bank on XX/XX/2023 for " COMENITYCB/MYPOINTSRWD ''. This is fradulent activity which I have reported to Comenity Bank as of XX/XX/2023. The person I spoke with at Comenity bank confirmed that my social security # was used to open the line of credit under my first and middle name. They also mentioned that an address in XXXX CT was used ( I have never lived in CT ) and they did not use my correct date of birth in the credit application.
