In XXXX I was excited to buy a used car from Car Mart I bought a used XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX First week car ran fine after the first 35 day 's I went out of town where vehicle almost killed my entire family. For no reason the gas pedal quit working while 9n a highway Infront of a speeding semi and I had to run off the road to save us. When I tried to pull back off car would only do ten miles a hour which we had to pull over again. I was stuck there on the side of the highway for over a hour and car ran fine again. I immediately took it too the shop and said they would take care of it. First week ran by they lost the car keys claimed I had them second week I was told it wasn't ready mind you I am still making my payment on time 3 months I paid I got to drive it for 35 day 's finally get the car back all is great then it did it again I called and told them and instead of asking questions about when can they repair it I was a day late on a payment because why would I pay for a car that could harm us. I called and they said it be another 2 weeks for it to get to the shop so I immediately took the car too em they threatened it be a voluntary repossession I said whatever keeps my family alive and gave em the keys. They resold the car too some poor soul and still put past due and repo on my credit and when I tried to dispute it went right back on my credit mind you it's not on all 3 it's on one and still no one wants to hear me so this is my next step. Yes I do feel when you owe you should pay but also if the vehicle is dangerous how dare they put it 9n my credit if they had the car more then I did? Lemon law is only 30 days but for a XXXX XXXX XXXX grandma I don't go out of town unless it's family events so to worry if the car gon na kill us why do I not have any rights to return it and not loose my XXXX credit score now due to them selling a death car I lost XXXX points of my credit score and that's just XXXX and wrong
