I have reached out to Convergent Outsourcing by mail on XX/XX/23 in regards to this debt that was added to my credit report recently. After investigation this debt is for an apartment that I never resided in. I had no idea of this debt and asked for validation and no information or response was provided as of today which is XX/XX/23. This discrepancy should be removed asap as it is not accurate. This is hurting my credit score and should not be reported. Please delete this account.
