Pursuant to 15 USC ( b ) ( a ) ( 2 ) which states that a consumer reporting agency may furnish a report in correspondence with the written instruction of the consumer. I never gave Equifax, XXXX and XXXX written consent. No consent is identity theft. Pursuant to 15 USC 1681 ( a ) ( 1 ) the banking system is dependent upon fair and accurate consumer reports by allowing these inquiries to remain on my report. I am losing confidence in the banking system if these unauthorized items are not removed I will no longer to do business with you. There was some fraud on my report and therere a bunch of inquiries that need to be removed and Im looking to purchase however these are fraudulent inquiries and accounts that hurts my credit score.
