On XX/XX/2023 by account was emptied in less than an hour. A total of 24 out of 39 transactions got approved for the amount of {$2000.00}. None of the transactions were made by me. Among the transactions there were 9 scooter rentals, 10 restaurants and a XXXX transaction for {$1200.00}. I realized that this happened within two hours when my card got refused at a gas station.I called right away and I was told that I had to wait for the transaction to be officially authorized, at the time there were in pending status. On XX/XX/XXXX some of the transactions went through and I opened a dispute over the phone. On XX/XX/XXXX, I was told that I do not need to open another dispute for the rest of the transactions that went through. On XX/XX/XXXX, I submitted the dispute form with all 24 authorized transactions. The dispute was denied and I was not notified. I called on XX/XX/XXXX and was put on hold 3 times for about an hour each waiting to speak to a supervisor. I was requesting information on how to file an appeal and how to communicate in writing in a timely manner, not just over the phone. The customer service representatives did not know how to send the denial letter with the information in it. I spoke to somebody named XXXX that stated that she would put notes to request detailed reasoning for the denial and that will take another 90 days before me possibly getting my money back.
