Hunter Warfield is reporting a debt from a property management company for excessive debt to credit agencies. They claim I owe {$8000.00} dollars, but I was never notified of this debt, never received any billing or notice of the debt before two days ago when I did a credit check on myself to see what my score was. I told the person I talked to over the phone today that I wanted to dispute the debt and that my wife XXXX XXXX XXXX isn't being effected by this or had any knowledge of the debt either. They then told me over the phone that they intended on suing me and were taking the steps to do so as of the XXXX of last month. I pulled my own credit to find out about this false debt and was threatened. The court case was mediated and we came to an agreement and not once did anyone inform me I was to pay anything considering we all agreed to part ways and that was it and the court case for the agreement was dismissed outright. The agreement was made in court to just leave the residence with my wife. We did that with no issues, we didn't damage anything we didn't take anything from them, we agreed to the terms to leave and we did just that. Not once did the judge say anything about paying them this horrendous amount, the mediator didn't mention anything about paying XXXX over what my rent was ands they didn't ask for anything in court. They are reporting a debt that isn't real and i was never informed of before two days ago, it's excessive, they have threatened to sue me now and I've attached the court order and court minutes along with copies of the receipts from paying in person with my wife 's name on them to.
