On XXXX XXXX I sent out a letter after reviewing my credit score with Equifax.I noticed some incorrect information on my account. I demanded to see Verifiable Proof ( an original Consumer Contract with my Signature on it ) that they have on file of the accounts which I've listed for them on the documents that Ive attached. Equifax failure to positively verify these accounts has hurt my ability to obtain credit. Now under the FCRA, unverified accounts must be removed and if Equifax can not provide me a copy of verified proof, They must remove the accounts listed below. I demand the following accounts be verified or deleted immediately & not updated inaccurately. Its been well over 30 day from the original date of me notifying them and I still have not gotten any type of update or removal documents from them.
