Dear Sir/Madames, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX the undersigned, who verbally requested XXXX XXXX ( CFPB XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX ) to file a new CFPB case # XXXX because my CFPB Case # XXXX was closed by CFPB due to Wells Fargo responded online to CFPB XXXX XXXX was unable to access WF response but XXXX XXXX of the WF response and hung up on me, and I called back and XXXXoffered help by taking my XXXX XXXX XXXX for which I requested WF to reply on my complaints. XXXX condemned me for failure to address my complaints within the Wells Fargo system where I had contacted WF Visa disputed unit since XX/XX/XXXX, then the WF fraud unit, WF customer service, WF solution specialist, and WF executive officials. However, WF failed to address my complaint and provide a meaningful solution but concealed and deceived me by turning my complaint back to the XXXX XXXX XXXX for which WF Visa had failed to carry out my request stopping the Visa payment to the frauded XXXX merchant. CFPB XXXX accessed my history of WF complaints where I pointed out all the WF agents ' names of each proof provided to my complaint along with WF bank 's failure to address the {$530.00} check that was mailed to me on XX/XX/XXXX to appreciate my patronage to WF and being a good customer who never behind on the WF Visa monthly balance bill on or before the second day of the following month along with my good credit score of XXXX through 3 major creditor XXXX ( XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX ). I gave the {$530.00} check to the local bank and had the female manage to file a complaint for me internally against WF Visa and the billers unlawful conduct. But it was locked toward the disputed amount of {$2400.00} in the new card ending XXXX plus the interest instead of the {$0.00} balance on this visa card in conjunction with my stop using the new card since XX/XX/XXXX right at the time I was aware of new WF visa card issuing. On XX/XX/XXXX, I verbally requested XXXX, the CFPB agent, to log 5 issues of Wells Fargo Banks and WF agents as follows : 1 ) Returning a check of {$530.00} appreciated check to me at the same address 2 ) XXXX failed to log all the WF agent 's names he went over all the CFPB case numbers from XX/XX/XXXX until XX/XX/XXXX with the same complaint without a WF solution but deception 3 ) WF bank has to remove the wrong balance on the WF Visa monthly balance statement on the WF Visa ending XXXX because I paid off all the previous balance on the old card ending XXXX and stopped using the new card right on the day it was issued on XX/XX/XXXX 4 ) WF is obligated to fix the damage of my low credit score of XXXX per XXXX Visa printout back to XXXX as previously instead of ignorance my request mailed to WF Consumer Credit Solution 5 ) WF is obligated to stop the WF Visa monthly balance statement that has continuously been mailed to me from XX/XX/XXXX until now XX/XX/XXXX as per the proof attachment to my complaint. WF is obligated to train and instruct his Visa biller to stop wrong billing, mailing harassment letter, and financial elder abuse as I asked the local bank manager to keep the {$530.00} check and file the complaint for me against WF Visa billing unit in XX/XX/XXXX On XX/XX/XXXX, when I logged in with 11 proofs to prove Wells Fargo agents wrongdoing, I found out that XXXX failed to state my complaint as per my request. I called CFPB to have assistance on the ongoing logging out and requested I reset my password every time I logged into my account plus complained about XXXX insufficient assistance on XX/XX/XXXX. I got no help from XXXX at first at ( XXXX ) XXXX due to his limited access, then he transferred me to his supervisor XXXX XXXX XXXX Washington DC location ) who hung up on me with advice to wait 24 to 48 hours to log back to CFPB website regardless of this issue existing since XX/XX/XXXX where CFPB failed to correct the issue ( blocking my regular access to CFPB portal ). I called back and got XXXX XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX who were unable to route my call to either another supervisor or the manager of XXXX XXXX who claimed that no one was above her in the CFPB Washington DC call center. She was very rude, disrespectful, and incompetent, and her attitude was below her followers in the Washington DC location regarding the basic courtesy of customer service as to get someone else to help the client instead of hanging up or forcing her to follow her commands or no service. Finally, Destiny gave me the phone # ( XXXX ) XXXX or an email to cfpbombusman@cfpb.gov to complain against her supervisor XXXX XXXX the next day. The followings are my history of complaints against Wells Fargo Agents and Wells Fargo Banks : 1 ) The issue involved in the original WF visa account # XXXX from XX/XX/XXXX until XX/XX/XXXX within the Wells Fargo dispute, fraud, and customer service units of the WF solution specialist. On XX/XX/XXXX, the WF fraud department canceled the above Visa card when I paid off the WF XXXX monthly balance statement on or before the second day of the next month.
