Hello I need help with disputing XXXX credit card company I have been trying to get help on charges that are placed on my account that are not true and Im getting heavily fined for the amount of XXXX every month in late fees also interest purchase fees and regular interest fees as well also account maintenance fees every month thats additional to the regular amount thats due Im not late on the bill I found out they gave me late charges because of me not paying my bill on the XXXX of each month Instead I was paying it too early on the XXXX or XXXX of each month so therefore I got charged every month since I opened the account and thats why I could never pay it down please help me or point me in the right direction I called several times last month and now Im in this month with no help I talk with several representatives on XXXX and a supervisor who told me they would go sheet And waive the late fee for XXXX not today on XXXX XXXX at XXXX Im being told no they cant do it I was told that in XXXX if I go ahead and pay the minimum of XXXX then I wouldnt have to pay XXXX late fee if XXXX not that has changed I will never post this card off because they keep hitting me with all the hidden fees and scam charges in fees, interest Etc I also got hit with the over the limit fee because my fee and interest fees keep making my account go over the limit when Im not my credit line is XXXX with my current balance is XXXX and credit limit as of yesterday was XXXX but today XX/XX/XXXX it has miraculously changed to XXXX so they basically got me paying outlandish fees month and I havent used the card for purchase since XXXX of XXXX
