My husband and I have files several disputes with Experian, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX, about inaccurate information on my credit report. The first time XXXX was reporting all the negative payment history and refused to include the positive payment history. After trying to dispute that, XXXX started placing IN REPOSSESSION for each month for 3 years after the car was repossessed. We sent in another dispute, Experian, XXXX and XXXX reported the same inaccurate information. We tried to fix the problem by calling XXXX to report the inaccurate information. XXXX told us, they wasn't fixing anything, because everything they sent to the credit bureaus is correct until 2026. We explained that the account cant be still open, if we don't have the car. We also let him know, reporting IN REPOSSESSION for years on our account is not fair. He replied, it is what it is and that is what they will continue to report every month.
