Transunion is reporting a mortgage ( XXXX ) on my credit report as 30 days past due. However, this account was paid in full and closed on XX/XX/XXXX. It is XX/XX/XXXX - there is no way that an account that was paid in full over 5 months ago is currently 30 days past due! The incorrect reporting is hurting my credit score and impacting my ability to obtain new credit. I have contacted TransUnion numerous times about this, and they refuse to fix it. XXXX and XXXX are reporting the account correctly as paid, closed. You can review the account on my report more closely and see that TransUnion has never marked the account passed due ON ANY MONTH prior to the date I paid the account off. HOW IS AN ACCOUNT THAT HAS NEVER HAD A DELUQUENCY AND IS PAID IN FULL MARKED AS 30 DAYS LATE 5 MONTHS AFTER THE PAY OFF!!
