Victoria Secret is reporting a charged off account on my credit reports that I have been disputing with them. I requested documents from them pertaining to this account and have not received or heard anything back from them and it has been well over 30 days. Per the consumer laws, it is my right as a consumer to dispute and address any creditor reporting inaccurate accounts or information on my credit report and it is their responsibility to acknowledge my dispute and conduct a proper investigation into the dispute. Victoria Secret is in clear violation of my rights and I am requesting that this account is deleted from my credit reports now!
