I XXXX XXXX my SSN is XXXX and my DOB is XX/XX/XXXX. I reviewed my consumer reports and noticed that there was an inaccurate account ( s ) on my credit report! I am a ( XXXX VETERAN ) have been experiencing depressions and Hardship I had a my personal information stolen I have a police report I will upload! I reviewed my consumers reports and notice that I had serval late payments on accounts that I was never late for. Also, there are fraudulent accounts on my consumer report! Consumer reporting agencies have assume a virtual roll and have a responsibility to report consume to the best of their ability with maximum accuracy. I have never been late for payment for any of these accounts and some of these accounts are fraudulent accounts Delete these accounts from my consumer report and Fraudulent addresses! This is a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and this disputed item may not appear on my credit report if it can not be supported by any evidence or proof. Whenever a consumer reporting agency prepares a consumer report it shall follow reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy of the information concerning the individual about whom the report relates. Please investigate and provide proof with statements showing that these payments were late. If proof can't be provided, I demand these accounts to be DELETED /BLOCKED from my consumer report, or payment history must be updated to on time as they should be as I was never late.
