I have a fraud alert placed on my credit report because of previous hard inquiries from a bank called Comenity capital / XXXX which was resolved with XXXX in XXXX of XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX another inquiry from Comenity Bank Capital showed up again this time on XXXX this time when I disputed the hard inquiry I was told that even though I have a fruad alert on my account they could not remove the hard inquiry till I filed a report with the CFPB. I am a victim of repeat fraud with this particular company Comenity Capital, Thank you
