In the year of 2022 I informed discover that there has been a credit card that has been opened in my name as a fraudlent account, XX/XX/2022 the company opened investgation i did not receive any follow up regarding to the process, the beginning of this year in XX/XX/2022 i called the fraud department after being told that the investgator did not see any fraud on the account when i provided proof that the address is not the same i was staying on campus when the time of the account was open i was attending XXXX XXXX.
