I filed a dispute with Experian ( Report # XXXX ) because they have allowed XXXX separate collection agencies to file negative entries for the same debt with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I'm not disputing the debt, I'm disputing Experian continually allowing multiple collection agencies to post the same debt. XXXX XXXX did so on XXXX XXXX XXXX then they sold this debt to XXXX in XXXX of XXXX who dinged my account. Now XXXX has sold this same debt to XXXX who dinged my account in XXXX XXXX I filed a dispute with Experian but they did not investigate my issue with them, rather they just confirmed that XXXX posted the negative comment. I called Experian and spoke with XXXX, Dispute XXXX ( wouldn't provide a last name or employee number ) who told me Experian does not entertain any complaints or dispute against themselves. XXXX said this would take 7 years to clear but the 7 years will never happen if every six months it starts over again with a new collection agency There is no Complaint Dept., no manager, etc., I could speak with. Pretty much said Experian could do no wrong and has no responsibility to the consumer for anything they do or don't do. I don't believe it is right for Experian to keep allowing this. If this debt is sold 10 times, I will be dinged 10 more times for the same debt. This can't be right- please help.
