I sent Certified mail letters. Experian is being lazy and not doing their job. Under the FCRA, the burden of proof lies on Experian, XXXX, XXXX you are the one allowing fraudulent information to report on my credit report. Thank you for following the ethical standards set by the FCRA and removing these late payments. I call Experian, XXXX, XXXX and someone was cursing and swearing at me. Laughing in the background.Here the Steps 1. Sent numerous Disputes letters stating that this information False and inaccurate to no available the credit bureau ( Experian XXXX, XXXX each time came back verified .Ask for Methods of Verification- burden of proof And the name of the Person that provided the verification and they ignored each request they Start sending stall tactics letters.Experian, Tranunions, XXXX are trying to stall me hoping that I will stop. 2.Filed a complaint CFPB complaint -came back verified no action taken by you guys. 3 .Filed a complaint with my State attorney General office. 4.Contacted the original collection agent to verify what they had in theirs files and that investigation was NEVER done. 5.Email Experians, XXXX, XXXX CEOs as last resort before I Sue them all.
