I have tried numerous times contacting Lexis Nexis to provide verification of any such bankruptcy. And was told numerous times to contact XXXX, who in turn placed me back to Lexis Nexis. A representative at Lexis Nexis continues to state again that I need to contact XXXX again. Lexis Nexis has continued to fail in providing verification of such record. I requested Lexis Nexis if they are not able to provide any sort of paperwork and verification, that I requested to have the information deleted from my file, which they did not do. And that I would be filing a CFPB, FTC, and State Attorney Generals complaint as well as leaving an unfavorable XXXX review.
