I received a letter from debt collection agency Convergent Outsourcing XX/XX/ that has purchased the debt from XXXX XXXX. The letter thet mail me is a debt collection letter violating my rights as a consumer. I requested debt validation and the have blatantly ignored my request.They are violation and as a result I have suffered credit denile, distress and defamation of character. I have attached a letter from them with all violations. I have also attached a bill of particulars and proof of mailing. As a result of there misconduct. I have mailed them a debt validation request. They have not sent the documents requested to validate the debt and they continue to report fraudulent false information to the Credit Reporting Agencies.
