Is been about 6 months or so that I been contacting the credit reporting company about this problem. There is a bankruptcy being reported and I spoken to all 3 agencies about this. They told me that XXXX is reporting this as accurate. I spoke to XXXX and they have informed me that they Do Not have a file on me and are not reporting any bankruptcy and Have Not reported to the credit bureau. I been asking them to investigate this and it keep coming back as verified, but by who because XXXX is not reporting like its stated on my credit report. Also I dispute this with XXXX and it's been removed already.
