Recently ive been shopping around in regards to buying a house. I was informed by my potential lender that there was some negative items added to my credit report recently that i have no knowledge in and is COMPLETELY INACCURATE which is damaging to my credit report, and a defamation to my character I sent out letters to all 3 credit reporting agencies on XXXX regarding this negative account that's reporting they haven't responded back to my complaint nor have they provided me with any verification of this negative account, its been 30, and this issue is now a violations of my consumer rights.
