On XX/XX/2023 there were 32 unauthorized transactions made on my account totalling {$1600.00}. To date 2 of the unauthorized transactions have been approved and refunded totalling {$40.00}. However the other 30 transactions which occurred at the same time as the others have all been rejected. The merchant was also immediately contacted about the unauthorized transactions. Conveniently Chime has declined resolving my dispute the day prior to when they stated the temporary money would be placed back into my account until completely resolved. Chime as well as the merchant were both notified immediately of the unauthorized transactions and as stated 2 have been approved and resolved as they should have been. All transactions happened at the same time however now they are saying that only 2 were wrong. ALL 32 TRANSACTIONS WERE UNAUTHORIZED AND SHOULD HAVE BEEN RRFUNDED.
