Hello, Effective XX/XX/XXXX my student loan balance was waived through the XXXX student loan servicing provider under the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program. The problem is XXXX has not reported that my student loans have been forgiven to all of the credit bureau reporting in the United States including Equifax, XXXX, and XXXX. I emailed XXXX through my online account on XX/XX/XXXX asking when XXXX was going to report this new financial information to the Equifax, XXXX, and XXXX. Their response is they report every 30 days, but I have not seen this change or update on my credit report. I would really appreciate it if XXXX lets Equifax, XXXX, and XXXX know that I no longer have this debt. Thank you, XXXX XXXX, XXXX.
