I originally corresponded with Transfinancial Companies on XXXX2022 requesting proof of contract, all original documentation with my signature, also providing a contractual obligation directly between myself & Transfinancial Companies and I have not received it. Transfinancial Companies is reporting that I owe a " Medical Debt '' to them for the amount of {$1100.00}. I have NO contractual obligation to Transfinancial Companies, never the less a medical debt obligation. This a clear breach of my Hippa rights. Transfinancial Companies should NOT be in receipt of my medical information, nevertheless reporting to my XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX reports such a fraudulent medical account.
