I am in a process of divorce and was awarded the house but unfortunately, it was put on forbearance and now I'm facing foreclosure. I am not on the loan account but on the deed of the property. I started working with Wells Fargo back in XXXX of 2022 to do a loan modification or loan assumption and have been sending them every single piece of paperwork they required from me. Been in contact with them a couple of days a week and they made it sound like they are doing their job. Unfortunately, after months of sending paperwork after paperwork, on XX/XX/2022 they said they will not be able to help me and now I am facing foreclosure. During the time I was working with them, I applied to XXXX Mortgage Assistance in XXXX and a representative from WF confirmed that at that time, the reinstatement amount was below $ XXXX but when XXXX Mortgage Assistance asked WF to send the reinstatement amount, they sent {$79.00}, XXXX that automatically denied my application. I went to the office of TMA and called XXXX regarding the amount and WF denied they submitted such an amount. I requested numerous times for WF to send me the itemized amount of what's owed and they never did. I have tried to do everything WF asked of me to save my house and now I am still facing foreclosure. I have found out that they have faced multiple lawsuits regarding their mortgage department and now I understand why. They put me in a loop every time I talk to them and nothing seems to get resolved. They make it sound like they're helping but every time I spoke with someone they have a different answer. I even asked for a higher-up and never got anywhere either.
