All 3 bureaus AND the creditor continue to report an account that has passed its 7 year stale date. The bureaus are illegally using " dispute '' dates to correct info that's wrong to add to the last reported or last payment dates, in an effort to favor the creditor to keep the accounts on my reports for longer than the 7 year time frame for negative debt. I have not had any contact with this creditor in 7 years. There's been no activity or movement on it. Therefore it expired in XXXX XXXX XXXX along with the creditor they acquired XXXX. It's months past time to remove both! If they are not removed promptly by all, I will not hesitate to sue the bureaus for inaccurately keeping info on my report, and adding incorrect dates in an effort to favor the creditor. The creditor doesn't care they'll go along with whatever the bureaus decide but if these 2 accounts are not removed with this dispute I will file suit against all 3 bureaus and the creditor if I have to include them for allowing the inaccurate info to remain on my credit. This is your only chance to remove both accounts. If they are not then I will see you in court.
