This company refuses to remove or update their credit reporting entry on my Transunion credit report after being notified that I have filed for bankruptcy on XX/XX/2022. They still are showing false and erroneous information on my credit report regarding my account with them. They are showing that it was charged off as a bad debt when it should only show that it was included in my Bankruptcy and that it is a closed account with a XXXX balance on it. Also, they didn't report this account as being closed until three months after I had filed my bankruptcy, which means that they continued to keep on reporting my account as making late or no payments for three more months after the bankruptcy was filed thus harming my credit even more. They are in direct violation of my consumer rights and Federal laws by refusing to either remove or update the information that they are reporting about me on my credit reports. This debt was already disputed with Transunion and it came back as being a valid and accurate debt with no changes to my credit report information. Clearly they have lied to the Credit bureaus as well because I am in bankruptcy and they know this because it reflects this on the other credit bureaus but not on Transunion.
