Remaining balance on Wells Fargo Auto Loan after maturity date. Started reaching out to Wells Fargo Auto in XX/XX/XXXX. First call I was told due to missing payments from XXXX. Second call I was told it was due to interest accrued from deferred payments and my account would be looked into. Received letter from Wells Fargo Auto dated XX/XX/XXXX stating documents I requested and had copy of payment history. Received letter from Wells Fargo Enterprise Complaints Management Office dated XX/XX/XXXX stating they needed more time to research. Received letter from Wells Fargo Enterprise Complaints Management Office dated XX/XX/XXXX stating balance was correct and principal balance due by XX/XX/XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX filed complaint with State Attorney General. XX/XX/XXXX received first call from XXXX from the Executive Office of Wells Fargo. Several attempts to speak with XXXX failed and spoke to different representatives at that office and was still not provided with any information about reasons for the call other then pertaining to my concerns expressed to the State Attorney General. Finally spoke with XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX who gave me conflicting information and told it was being researched and would call me back. As of today XX/XX/XXXX, no further response from any representatives from any Wells Fargo departments.
