My and my father 's credit reports have become mixed somehow and there are many discrepancies that need to be corrected my father and i share the same name and have had the same addresses, I am currently being charged with Identity fraud tho i never used his information and never attempted credit in his name or social security number many of my inquiries and credit lines are shown to be on his report this information is inaccurate and i am now being criminally charged though i never used his information. From XXXX XXXX to Current the inconsistency are overwhelming as the address i live at and the one he is at are not the same and the reports so that they are and they also list my email and phone numbers as well as my Business on his reports. Most of my paperwork pertaining to said information was taken in a search and XXXX thought no real probable cause was established other then hearsay from my father i need this to be resolved with the best efficiency possible to correct the issues and attempt to fight the current charges that are false and do to the reporting agency incorrect information gathering.
