XXXX Credit reporting Agencie is reporting false and inaccurate information on my credit report I have reached out to them about this matter this medical debt collection that is appearing on my credit is inaccurate reporting. Wakefield and Associates in the amount XXXX. I Have reached out to this Agency many times with 3 and 4 disputes that are not been properly Investigated the dispute is coming back as updated and accurate and that information is false I have send documents Certified Mail with a return receipt I have sent many document supporting my clam I have call this company many times and I am unsuccessful with reaching a live agent I have uploading documents on line on the website and unsuccessful also website is giving a Stange Error the account that is being reported on my account is a Violation of HIPPA and a complaint Has also been Filed and also a complaint has been filed with the Attorney General in that matter I think this Reporting Agency has some fraudulent activity going on that needs to be investigated by Higher authorities because they are dealing with a large amount of accounts and data to be this negligent with accounts. If this Account is not removed from my consumer report within 30 days a Law suite will be filed against the two parties Wakefield and Associates and XXXX
