I made a mistake and sent Capital One {$15000.00}. It was intended for Capital XXXX XXXX loan payment. Called Capital One and they said I had to get the money by via my XXXX XXXX. The Capital One would not let the XXXX XXXX pull the money back. Called Capital One again and they said they would send a check in 3 weeks. I would like to have the 8.5 % interest I will have to pay on my mortgage for 5 weeks since Capital One is holding my money. They also said I would not get the full {$1500.00} as they were paying down my credit card. I have never been late and have always paid my credit card on time. I think they are being unreasonable and hurting their customer.
