It's a derogatory reporting to my credit report from XXXX XXXX ; which is causing me hardship.They have sold my credit information to various credit collecting agencies.These agencies have violated me in so many ways. They are sending me letters, texting my phone, and emailing me ; which is a violation of my privacy. I had zero knowledge of this company selling my information. We as consumers are violated every day with these company 's fraudulent practices. These debts are already paid through our Cesti que trust. The violation becomes over kill, and is a Tort issue, by reporting derogatory information. This is considered deformation. These corporations want to overly profit adding interest, putting our information on the stock market, and selling our information to other agencies. According to HJR 192 these debts are not ours, because they are already paid. I can send in any documentation as requested. This include emails, text, letters, a call list. " The Federal Government took our lawful money out of circulation in 1933 but Congress had to provide the people a remedy. Public Law : " Chap. 48, 48 Stat. 112 '' under HJR 192 is that remedy and in part states that the Federal Government will discharge all of our debts, public and private, dollar for dollar ''.
