Transunion has changed my credit score twice in 6 days, each time by XXXX points. Each time, the loss of XXXX points has been explained/justified ONLY because my credit utilization ratio has gone from 3 % to 10 %. It's clearly a mistake since it's happened twice and, each time, the only change reported is the identical credit utilization from 3 % to 10 %. The first time, several days ago, they reversed the change the next day. Today is a Sunday so I have no way of filling a complaint with them. When I did file the first complaint last week, they had no explanation even though the XXXX points were added back the next day.
