XXXX - initial complaint This is an additional complaint regarding an illegal repo from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX after a billing error complaint to XXXX. Repo occurred after XX/XX/22 statement included approximately 2 payments labeled past due but month before statement showed 0 balance past due. Error was brought to XXXX attention and verbally escalated to intent to sending in writing and repo happened after consumer being told that error was fixed and before 60 days were given to submit it writing on XX/XX/22. Illegal repo along with personal belongings being held. Absolute refusal to access to personal belongings. XXXX repoed vehicle and sold vehicle and send demand letter for {$29000.00}. Complaint was filed with Consumer finance. I have now received a demand letter from {$29000.00} From GC Services Limited Partnership identifying themselves as a debt collector. Stating they are trying to collect a debt that I am being accused of owing XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Information regarding this harassment letter is as follows : GC Services Limited Partnership XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, TX XXXX XXXX XXXX GC NUMBER : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Texas XXXX XXXX Account- XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is practicing Rackteering committing extortion and coercion violating RICO act. This is a clearly a repetitive behavior that has already been addressed by the consumer financial protection agency that identified XXXX guilty of hundreds of illegal repossessions as well as other things. This is a true example of this criminal organization engaging in a repeated illegal behavior. This should be investigated by those who have not accepted bribery from these criminals who have some reason to believe that they can violate the RICO act, not adhere to Consumer Protection Law, and expect no consequences when continuing criminal behaviors.
