In XXXX of 2022, I repeatedly attempted to pay my Victorias Secret credit card bill with Comenity bank on their online app/portal. I continued to get an error, and therefore was unable to pay my bill. I have screenshots to back this up. I then attempted to use the online chat, which also did not work. I was charged a {$30.00} late fee, with other interest. I always pay all my bills on time and IN FULL. The companys faulty system made it unable to do so this time. I emailed repeatedly, and never received a response. I filled out a XXXX complaint, and was told that the business will mail me a letter with their findings. I have still yet to receive such letter. Note that XXXX has NUMEROUS complaints on XXXX website, and all responses I see claim that they will mail a letter. I wonder how many consumers actually received a letter? XXXX should not ignore their customers and charge them for their failures. It should be very simple to reverse a late fee that was their own fault instead of claiming theyll mail a letter that never gets sent.
