XXXX, TransUnion, and XXXX has been providing false information on my credit report. The company 's have been contacted via phone in this regard. TransUnion 's website has not allowed me to check my credit by phone or online and informed me that the information in there system is not correct. Names, date of birth, and also the social security number. I have a copy of this information for the record. The other error in information is about positive credit and, on time credit payments should equal to a positive impact. Even that the child support payments have always been paid on time. I paid off a account and still have not gotten a fair credit score. When there is no negative debt owed to anyone. Instead of increasing the credit score it actually decreased when I made the payment in full. Pre-poppulated an email sent to my account that my credit score has new updates and prompted me to login to their website and make a payment to boost my account. TransUnion completely block 's me out the account even though they were sent the requested documents. XXXX has done similar actions. Requesting me to purchase their credit boost. The false information is still in the system. XXXX did increase the credit score when the last debt payment was paid. However there are other names on my credit report that are false and information about my identity.
