I was sold a counterfeit watch via website XXXX. Private seller sold watch thru this website. I have provided proof ( in form of photos, as well as verification from watch manufacturer of this product being counterfeit ) of the fraudulent item to the CC company & XXXX. Now the CC company says documented verification from manufacturer, as well as a submitted report to law enforcement, will NOT remedy this situation. I am victim of crime ( across State lines- watch shipped from PA to FL ), and I have been asked to provide proof, which has been submitted, to no avail. Please help. Thank you. XXXX XXXX XXXX
