XXXX DISPUTE Important dates : XXXX - Lease matured, discharged from hospital XXXX - vehicle turned in via TOW TRUCK with receipt/GPS data XXXX - XXXX XXXXl letter received saying vehicle has not been turned in XXXX - letter sent via certified mail to XXXX XXXX disputing debt owed and that I had turned in the car to XXXX XXXX Have phoned XXXX XXXX at this point who says they do not have the vehicle XXXX - letter of past due as of XXXX for {$16000.00} XXXX - show up to XXXX XXXX and they miraculously find the vehicle in repairs due to battery issue, at this point I think fraud might be part of this ; unhelpful until I called the police to report the vehicle stolen and they buy the car from me then XXXX - call XXXX XXXX who says they are unsure if they can help, but get someone in sales to say this all checks out, call XXXX XXXX and am told that head sales guy will call me back to get it sorted ; he calls back later that day with email to send all documents and timeline to XXXX - send email that gets kicked back, though it says can take 72 hours to deliver XXXX - reach out to head sales manager who has yet to respond
