On numerous occasions with Wells Fargo Bank I have asked them how can they show a payment as approved in my transaction list and then later something else hits and they do not pay the previous item. I was charged fees by Wells Fargo and also the entity that I had no idea was placing a charge to my account. I stated I do not think it was fair for them to approve something that I was aware of and reverse it after the fact. Why would they pick and choose instead of giving a notification to me because they have called me to verify a charge before by calling me. I started taking screen shots and also turning my card off when I do not make purchases for people who attempt to take payments without my permission but did have my card. Wells Fargo even paid things from my account when my card was turned off and I have asked them how can they do that when I have a screenshot of the date the card was off and when it got turned on. I was told if I gave the card out to a company they can use it when they chose to at will. I replied each time if the card is turned off you are still not supposed to allow the charge to take place. They said it was not true. I was told that a charge can transpire if they had my routing and account number only and that was why I started assumingly protecting the account from charges that could make my account go into negative status like a banker told me there before and turn it off. They keep changing on me. It is not fair and I am struggling to survive as is. Help me please.
