Consumer Narrative

I finally paid off my full student loan to Navient in XX/XX/2022. I did so around the same time another auto-payment was being made causing my account to be overpaid by {$100.00}. I requested a refund in XXXX and they said they processed it and it would be returned to my bank account within a couple months. I never got the refund and have requested another update from them without resolution. What can I do to get my over payment refunded to me? Thank you XXXX
