Recently I check my consumer report and see that your company is reporting a credit card that been open in my name. I never gave your company or anyone else authorization to open up this account in my name. I see that it is another person name on the account. I do not know this person and know that this account was open fraudulently. I have tried to work with your company to get this resolve but your company is standing strongly that this account is accurate. I did not sign any document or give permission to have this person and company run my name through any systems. I have been harassed and threated by this company to take legal actions.
