In XXXX I closed on a 2nd mortgage for the down payment on the 1st mortgage with the same lender. I made on time monthly payments through XXXX. During that time the mortgage lender changed 3 times, from XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, to XXXX XXXX XXXX, to XXXX and Trinity Financial Services LLC, the last lender is attempting to foreclose on the XXXX mortgage stating that I owe almost double the amount of the original loan. I believe the statute of limitations has expired on this debt and that this loan was written off as a result of the housing market crash in XXXX. TFS appears to be a less than actual mortgage lender. There's only virtual mailbox addresses form them. I believe that TFS somehow attained my information and is illegally attempting foreclosure on my house similar to property theft.
